I really liked this one, and seeing Death coping with early retirement -- not to mention Calvados -- is a hoot. Not to mention everything becoming very confused when Death isn't about any more. Not to mention one scene that made me cry. Some undead, literary allusions and the like add some great moments, not to mention learning about Archchancellor Ridcully's family. Heh. Fans of the city will eat this up. Four and a half stars rounded up to five.
